Donald Simmons is the Founder and CEO of Coquelicot Holdings. 

He began his career in management consulting at McMann & Ransford, specializing in helping B2B companies overcome revenue and margin challenges. He transitioned to the insurance industry at Arthur J. Gallagher where he optimized the renewal transformation for self-insured group health plans and at Dentaquest where he managed the software development life cycle for multiple business units. Most recently, he spent more than two years at Pegasystems managing AI-powered decisioning workflow automation engagements for banking clients. 

He earned an MBA from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and he also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University.

Donald is excited to search for and acquire one great business, continue the legacy of its owner, enrich the lives of its employees, and steward the business into its next stage of growth.
